When selecting your frosting, be sure to match the ingredients with your dog cake recipes. If you bake grain free cakes for dogs, choose one of our grain free frostings. Same with wheat free dog cake recipes, choose our wheat free frosting. If you use wheat flour, try each of the frostings and choose your favorite. Be sure to read the drying times too, they are all different.

Keep in mind, if you want to decorate cupcakes or to use a fluffier frosting, you will need to use a hand mixer, the directions are on each label. Water amounts vary depending on your desired outcome, add less water for cupcake swirls and a tiny amount more water to frost cakes.
