If your product arrives damaged by USPS (post office) or Fedex, please take photos of the damage and exterior of the package and contact them immediately for a refund. Most packages are insured so you will get a damaged goods refund check directly from them. Fedex might require the driver to pick up the damaged package so please save the damaged goods and box, etc... for them.
If your product is lost or stolen please contact either Fedex or USPS asap so they can track your package directly with their drivers, Pastries 4 Pets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Most packages are insured so Fedex and USPS can file claims for you after they try to locate your package. (Also check with your neighbors to see if they received it)

Although this is not common, bags sometimes leak, please photograph it within 7 days so we can replace or refund the amount of product that leaked. Photograph any holes in the shipping box, if there are any. Please do not ship loose powder back in the mail or via any shipping provider.
If you want an order cancelled prior to shipping it, we will refund you as long as it has not physically shipped. We do try our best to read emails but are not responsible for seeing them prior to orders being shipped. Once an order is shipped we cannot stop it. Please note any credit card fees, including PayPal and Stripe that are not refunded to us will not be refunded to you. Unfortunately, the credit card companies keep those.
