The icing takes longer to dry but it is worth the wait! NOTE: For the best results use non refrigerated bottled water (some tap and filtered water causes cracks). Food colors that contain Spirulina and/or glycerine might cause the icing to crack please test these ingredients overnight.
Grain Free Icing Ingredients: Yogurt Powder, Tapioca Starch, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Coconut Milk Powder, Coconut Flour, Milk Solids, Apple Pectin
Drying time: 24 -48 hours
Drying "finish": glossy (some shine)
Dry Mix expiration: Varies between 6 - 12 months (see each package for date)
After applied to your treat and air dried the icing takes on your treat's shelf life.
